At most I think the photographer is using a 30 shutter speed.
I think He is using an aperture of 8 because most of the room is in focus but some parts more than others.
As for ISO I think 200 was used because the main part of the picture is primarily dark. It is clear though that this is staged and that he was able to manipulate many of the objects in the image so they would be the way he wanted them.
